William was a very nice person to deal with and made me feel at ease during all the transactions. He made sure all the paperwork was carried out to perfection. Johnny was also very helpful explaining all the details on the dashboard. Coffee was nice.

After sales service needs improved. Firstly told that recall didn't qualify for courtesy car or drop off / pick up service. Then told work would only take 30 mins and could be performed while I wait. Took just over 2 hours to do and had to wait.

On-site waiting time while the car was serviced was fine. The wheel alignment added 1.5 hours and if l had got the car cleaned that would have added another hour. The pulling to the left should have been identified and fixed prior to car purchase.

When a fault developed I got an early booking and was supplied with a courtesy car The service department kept me informed on progress and car was returned in very clean condition

Communication was excellent Kyle kept me informed every step of the way. I felt well looked after and my car was in good hands with experienced mechanics. Kyle was amazing, he was very busy but never failed to keep in touch with me.
