The service team did a good job. They were helpful, polite and courteous. They did try to help but were limited by the bmw recommended repair. The repair took longer than expected but the car was delivered to my home which was super helpful!

Only problem I saw was a lack of customer parking in the car park which was completely filled with BMW used cars for sale. You need to move some and keep some dedicated customer parking.

Great communication throughout. The work is always done quickly and if a part needs to be imported, or more work undertaken, I'm given options on how to proceed. Usually Kyle oversees the work and he is very good.

All work carried out quickly and efficiently. Sometimes it is possible for work to be carried out and improvement is not necessarily obvious. In my case it was obvious that the necessary work had been done and my car showed itwhen driving.

After sales service needs improved. Firstly told that recall didn't qualify for courtesy car or drop off / pick up service. Then told work would only take 30 mins and could be performed while I wait. Took just over 2 hours to do and had to wait.

On-site waiting time while the car was serviced was fine. The wheel alignment added 1.5 hours and if l had got the car cleaned that would have added another hour. The pulling to the left should have been identified and fixed prior to car purchase.

Overall, service was good. I was disappointed that my car wasn't ready same day, when I had been told it shouldn't be a problem. I called at around 3.45 as I was told it would be ready around 4pm. A call to manage expectations would have been great.

Worst customer service I've ever had, car gone for weeks with no updates. Constantly chasing and had to push to get a replacement car. No apologies for the delays or inconvenience. Won't be coming back.

I received some present after the recall letter when I was told from the manager that I was gonna get a bag with some stuff and a voucher She told me that I could use the voucher to pay the check in to see what was happening and I didn't get it

The 2nd year service was undertaken at a time which suited me. The service included diagnostics and engine oil/filter replacement. In consideration of the type of work undertaken, I felt the service could have been completed quicker.

I was annoyed when I asked for a rattle to be looked at. I was immediately informed that it woukd cost me at least £99 just to look at it or diagnose it. In the past it would have been identified before cost was discussed. It's a money racket.
