Brilliant experience, had short notice requests like dash cam etc, but nothing was too much trouble for the folks there. Handover was great, no sense of "that's it, off you go" like I've had elsewhere. I'm going back to Prentice for my next car.

Time spent explaining how to operate the interface to the car. Not terribly happy with the digital signing process for documents. Felt pressured to sign rather than peruse documents properly. In end signed on basis that they were authorised dealer
