Positions are dependent on experience and qualification, all include strong basic salaries, uncapped bonus structure, with the further opportunity of increased overtime rates of pay.

• Starting salary from £14.50 per hour for 1 year post apprenticeship.

OTE £37,000 - £45,000 (Dependent on experience)

Full manufacturer training provided with fast-track options for experienced technicians

30 days annual leave inclusive of statutory entitlement.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle service in line with manufacturer standards

• Ensure all paperwork is fully complete

• Work with workshop team to deliver all KPI’s

• Deliver exceptional customer care

Essential criteria

• Minimum 1 year post apprenticeship experience

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

• An in-depth knowledge of modern motor vehicle technology

• Experience in vehicle diagnostics

• Keen to progress in a franchise dealership

• Seeking a long term career in the motor industry

• A full, valid and clean UK Driving License.

• Ability to work in a busy environment
