MINI/BMW Parts Executive

Prentice Portadown is delighted to offer this opening for an experienced parts executive due to business expansion and the opening of our new workshop facility in March 2025.

The Role

Providing individual advice to customers on everything from M Performance kits to wheels & tyres. Each time, you’ll look to ensure that the service you provide is everything the customer would expect and more.

You will work directly with the Parts Manager and Parts executives in the day to day operations of the department, including but not limited to:

• Receiving deliveries

• Processing orders for internal and external customers

• Returning old and new parts back to the manufacturer

• Answer customer calls

• Returning customer calls

• Stock checking

About You

Essential Criteria

• Minimum of 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or above (or equivalent)

• 2 Years minimum experience within a franchise parts environment

• Demonstrable track record of delivering great customer service and resolving customer issues

• Previous experience of working under pressure to help achieve work deadlines and team targets.

• Be competent across Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Excellent organisational and task management skills.

• A clean UK driving licence

Desirable Criteria

• Knowledge of CDK / Kerridge

Hours and Salary

• Permanent Role

• Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm, Saturday on rota 9.00am – 1.00pm
