Sales Administration
Located on the outskirts of Portadown, Prentice is a locally owned family business.
Operating from our state of the art showroom, we are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated individual to join our BMW & MINI Sales Department.
This position offers the opportunity for a highly motivated and hardworking administrator to join our team.
About the role
As a Sales administrator you will be required to provide administrational support to our sales team by assisting with file auditing, sales invoices, vehicle registrations, sending documents for pay-out, ensuring all relevant paper work is completed and available, vehicle taxing, liaising with DVLA in relation to vehicle and customer issues and other daily ad-hoc activity.
About you
The ideal candidate would be extremely organised, with great attention to detail, be able to manage work load and prioritising tasks to ensure efficiency. Previous vehicle administration experience is not essential but would be advantageous.
Essential Criteria
Applicants must demonstrate how they meet the following criteria:
Experience in a busy office environment.
Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
Possess a high degree of self-motivation.
Be able to show excellent time management
Excellent IT skills to include MS Office and Excel, Google Documents
Good level of literacy and numeracy to include English & Math GCSE or the equivalent, grade C or above.
Desirable Criteria
Experience in vehicle sales or vehicle accounts administration
Hours and Salary
Hours of work Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Salary £13.60 per hour
