The Role

Providing individual advice to customers on everything from M Performance kits to wheels & tyres to air conditioning systems. Each time, you’ll look to ensure that the service you provide is everything the customer would expect and more.

You will work directly with the Parts Manager and Parts Advisors in the to day operations of the department, including but not limited to:

• Receiving deliveries

• Processing orders for internal and external customers

• Returning old and new parts back to the manufacturer

• Answer customer calls

• Returning customer calls

• Stock checking

About You

Essential

• Minimum of 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or above (or equivalent)

• Demonstrable track record of delivering great customer service and resolving customer issues

• Previous experience of working under pressure to help achieve work deadlines and team targets

• The ability to work on our initiative

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Be competent across Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Excellent organisational and task management skills.

• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

• Knowledge of CDK/Drive/Kerridge

• 2 Years minimum experience within a franchise Parts environment

Hours and Remuneration

• This is a Permanent full time position

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

  • (Saturday 9am - 1.00pm on Rota Basis)
